We establish a marketing and administrative agreement for your PEO and your benefits broker to be able to introduce the PEO Premier Health plan designs to your employer-clients.
We will establish set rate tiers specific to the characteristics of the types of clients you typically have at your PEO.... a.k.a. "Shelf Rates" specific to your employer-client base!
How do we do this?
You provide us with census info on a sample cross-section of your current PEO clients, even if they do not access health insurance through you today, and our A rated domestic reinsurance partner creates the rate tiers specifically for your PEO.
Done!
We provide you with a full menu of plan designs including MVP Bronze, MVP Silver, MVP Gold, MVP Platinum and HDHP plans, as well as MEC and ICHRA if desired.
You will be blown away by our plan designs and physician network options...imagine being able to give employers and employees and their families access to healthcare at no cost...now you can!
While these are still employer-owned plans (each employer is their own plan sponsor), we can market these under your PEO brand, colors, logo, etc. If you prefer not to private label, that is fine too!
This is simple! Same as you would quoting your Master or open market, you or your benefits broker provide us the census and other info on a specific employer to be quoted. We have it evaluated by our A rated domestic reinsurance underwriter, and if approved tell you the rate tier they fall into. Boom!
Simple paperwork and efficient workflow. Our service team will work with your benefits broker and your team to get every group set up with the right amount of lead time to do a great Open Enrollment.
We take this very seriously. We know health benefits are an important part of a company's strategy to attract and retain employees and we want every eligible employee to truly understand their plan options and feel confident in making the right choice. If this is not important to you then we are not for you!
We can provide you and your benefits broker with enrollment technology, benefit counselors via telephone, virtual private appointments to help employees enroll, group meetings, and whatever else a group feels will make for a great employee experience.
Health benefits can be confusing and frustrating at times (no seriously they can be!). Our service team is available to you, your benefits broker, the employer, and their employees to work through any questions or service needs that come up throughout the year.
